Polar Alignment set up

Hi all
I have just finished my wedge, is that freebie program EQ ALIGN ok to set up my 10"RCX or is it better to do it manually.

manually....
if you have a camera (which im assuming you do) take 1 min photos and have the left right movement set at its slowest speed. go left for 30 seconds and right for 30 seconds, this will leave you with a star trail shot, keep adjusting till you get to a line

repeat for the up down movement and then your set.

im pretty sure this is how you do it

I've never heard of doing that before Brendan. Must have missed it in my travels through IIS.

I might give it a go on Fri night.
