Post Hyperion Astrograph

Has anyone seen reviews other than what's on the website for the Hyperion astrograph??...

http://www.hyperiontelescopes.com/

Scope looks alright....it'll be good to see what price they're going to be selling them at.

They are a cassegrain telescope with a corrector lens. Making it a "Cat" variant.
Will produce great images, but so will a fast newt with a corrector lens assembly too.

You will be buying more on the quality of the mirrors more than the design.

They are not cheap...

Theo.

I wouldn't expect them to be cheap, but if you wanted the best, or close to, then you should be prepared to pay for it. Still, I'd like to see what they're going to retail for.

Not really, but they'll have to be careful of infringing copyright to the name. I don't think they'll have any trouble, but you never know with lawyers

For trademark concerns, it needs to be of the same product. Which they arent.

Clasical cass's are never cheap, especially with carbon fibre tubes, etc.
There going to cost....
