This is my first post on Ice in Space this was my best Jupiter so far. Jupiter in North Carolina is still around 38 Degrees, but rising each year!!
This was captured on 22 July 09 at 0734 UT, with a DMK 21, and the C-9.25. Thanks for looking, any comments would be appreciated. By the way the images that everyone is producing in Australia, are truely amazing!!
Hi Mitchell, nice image there. io and its shadow move so fast, it's hard to get the colour registration right on that and the planet, normally requires you to process the data twice (once aligning on the planet and once aligning on the shadow and moon) and then combine them in photoshop or the Gimp.
