Very nice,
I'd never really noticed the faint trail of nebulosity going off to the right of the image

Thanks, Alex and Frank,

I think the ED 127 is really working well and giving some good data. I'm very happy with the scope.

Nice field of view Frank, and guiding looks good. Not sure about the colour though and the sky looks a tad dark.

If you load the image at a smaller size but still keep just under 200kb it won't show so much jpg compression and the image will look better.

Hope you don't mind the suggestions just trying to help.

David and Barb,
I'm happy for any advice. I find it very difficult to balance light and dark. Thanks.

Nice Frank!

I attempted M16 many months ago with poor results, but will have to have another go at it soon after seeing your results.

Cheers,
Jeff

Really nice shot there, Frank, but you need to be mindful of how much compression you put the originals through. The jpeg artifacts are very noticeable.

Frank,

Nice cosmic ice cream.

Not so sure about the colours, but, the stars look good to me.

Good stuff!

Regards,
Humayun
