Podcasting ?

Hi. Would this be the right place for discussing Podcasting?
If so, any suggestion for the most suitable software to use in Ubunty?
There are quite a few free programs to choose from.

Hey there Ken,
I am not sure what Ubunty is or does, but I enjoy a really great podcasting program with everything you want to know about astronomy, and the universe.

Refer to the link below.

Also getting Star Stuff.

Ken hit the "y" key accidentally instead of the "u" key - he meant "Ubuntu".

Ken - have you looked at CastPodder? I know that the source site is down, but there are RPM's floating around.

Hi solissydney,
If your using Ubuntu (Gnome Desktop) then the Gnome Music Player (Applications -> Sound & Video -> Music Player) does a pretty good job if you just want to listen to a podcast. You can use Music Player to transfer you podcast to an MP3 player if you want to listen to it whilst traveling.

Hope this helps,
GG.

So I did, hitting the Y key instead of the U key in Ubuntu.
Actually, I found it easier to download astronomy Stuff than I thought it would be
Thanks all.
