BinTel Sydney E mail Address

Anyone got an up to date e mail address for the Sydney shop please.
The "info@" one keeps bouncing, they don't seem to want my e mail.

Nope, I've given up. I have tried the e mail I had from a few months back, info@. I have also tried a couple of times now the e mail link Ian posted, and it too bounced.
Thanks anyway.

"We have had
a couple of people who have problems with the info@bintel.com.au
address. We have not been able to ascertain why this happens.
If anybody has a problem with info@bintel.com.au they could use don@bintel.com.au
or even mike@bintel.com.au. It's even a possibility that they could use the old dog and bone, 9518 7255.

Can you post the bounce message please so I can look at it. bintel has 4 mx records, they all seem to answer a telnet request and issue a helo great, so it's not that. They seem to have a PTR set up as well, so that's good. I note that their MX records are with CA (computer associates), so it's probably a SPAM filter, that then relays the mail onto their own mail server (mail.bintel.com.au). This type of setup is pretty common these days.

You may want to ring your ISP and see if they can telnet to the 4 MX records, if not, hopefully 1 of the 4 gives them a greet. If so, get your ISP to set up a manual SMTP route for the bintel.com.au domain to the MX record that works.

I'm personally not a fan of these MX record SPAM filter setups, they screw up more than they fix imho.
