NGC 253 with an ED80

I imaged this galaxy last weekend.

canon 300d at ISO 400

stack of 7x 8 minute images..no filter used

ED 80 on CG5 mount;
5 inch newtonian as guide scope;
autoguided with guidedog

processing in IRIS, Photoshop and noise removal with neatImage. cropped and resized for posting

I also flipped the image 180 degrees because I feel it some how gives a greater feeling of depth /perspective
