Moon Venus Tonight

Poor weather here, but I got a brief break in the cloud(s) and rain.
Nikon D100, and the only lens I had at home, an old 300mm f4.5 Nikkor.
1/3oth second at ISO400. Minimal levels in Photoshop.
Thos of you over the ditch, and with clear skies get a look at this, as well as a shot or two.

Thanks team. It was more memorable simply due the weather. Most of Godzone is either under cloud (it is the Land Of The Long White Cloud after all) or under water, it has been persisting down.
I was happy just to see it, and to sneak a picture made it even more so.
Given the time difference I hoped some of you guys would get some shots as well.
Gary

Both nice work!

Sounds like most of us have terrible weather. It's a wonder it's not crowded in here!
