looking for a pair of 12 inch tube rings. Prefer rotating type if possible

i have 12" tube rings.(303mm). what do u mean by rotating?

rotating rings are like a ring attached to the tube and another ring attached to the outer of the first ring. the advantage of this is that the tube can rotate within the rings for better eyepiece position. Are your rings heavy duty?
