What a wonderful piece of fanciful science!
Just jam-packed full of assumptions ...
1. Inflation is proven.
2. The universe is infinite.
3. Our observable universe is like a soap bubble. Because of inflation there is an infinity of such bubbles.
4. Matter, time, everything comes in tiny indivisible chunks or quanta.
5. Bubble space can be resolved into a grid of cubes. There is only a finite number of ways of arranging seeds of matter in this grid of cubes.
6. There is an infinite number of bubbles but only a finite number of histories. History must be repeating itself.
