Easy star

Hi guys can someone suggest an easy to find star with a good or easy spectra for us spectranoobs to capture and compare to someones elses graph from vspec using an star analyser in the southern hemisphere.
or another suggestion so we can gauge our progress when starting out something like arcturus and a pic of the graph. etc.
I know I need something like that but maybe others will be helped along the path a little also.
Thanks

Daniel,
I started with Arcturus or similar because of the deep lines. This helped me get used to the focus and exposure times.
I then went for some small planetary nebs to identify the Ha and OIII lines. Then the Eta carinae star for the Ha & Hb are strong. As suggested by others I used Beta Car for calibration.
Good luck. Keep us posted on your progress and questions.
