How old is it, Clive? When purchased? I guess I'm asking is it black and green writing (the PLA-2001) or grey and white writing (the PVL-2008) as well as the age? Thanks.

The one Bintels website for $569.00 looks different to the one you
have, I think it is a later version. Can you tell what what the actually
difference is? apart from motifs and a missing thumb screw.

I might be interested

Cheers

Not if no one agreed to the asking sale price.
If asking price not met than it would be normal to go for the closest offer.

But gazumping is not allowed as I see it.

for the record until the last bid was made no-one bid the required amount, no-one was committed to as a sale, i made it clear and fair . the one reasonable bid ( in my opinion) was told it would be theirs IF no-one else bidded higher. i set a exact finish time . ITS SOLD

If i have broken any rules i was unaware of it.

this was not a case where i said yes its someones then sold it to another.

If someone has been thus dealt with by me EVER ( and ive sold a few items) SPEAK UP.

Clive.

You have no reason to explain yourself any further !!!!

Clive,

you don't need to explain yourself any further - you haven't done anything wrong!!!

Having just checked the IIS TOS for Classifieds, I can't see where the supposed problem is.

Hopefully this doesn't deter you or other IIS Members from selling their unwanted Items via this Forum.

Regards,
Paul

Congrats DaveO. You are a bit far away for me to borrow it at a Star Camp

I was seeking to buy, offering below Clive's price. I'm very satisfied with his communications with me and the way the sale went (except I still don't have a Paracorr ).

I also double-checked the terms & conditions and, to my knowledge, the sale was consistent with them.

Hi Eric

Yes, you are a little far afield, unless you pop up to Qld Astrofest some time!

And I agree, everything seemed to be fine to me. I told Clive by PM this morning I was interested, so I'm glad it all worked out.
