BETI stands for Bluetooth ® Electronic Telescope Interface. Using the advantages of Bluetooth ®, BETI allows seamless interfacing of your telescope to the most popular planetarium software running on Bluetooth® compatible Mac/PC/PDA. Finally a cost effective DSC controller supporting all popular telescopes. BETI delivers rapid location of those hard to find object in a powerful yet compact package. You can use BETI with planetarium software such as Astromist, Starry Night, Cartes du Ciel, TheSky just to name a few. Powered either by common AA batteries or external power - BETI will be there when you need it.
Cheers
Arthur

Hello Arthur,

I have been using BETI for nearly a year now. I use it on my 10" Dob with Treo 680 and HP iPaq running Astromist. I quite like my setup as there are no wires and Astromist is easy to use. Here is a link to one of my posts:

Do you have any particular question?

Best Regards,
J.

Thumbs down More BETI users?

I'm interested in this system but there seems to be only a few users, why?

I would like to see more user reports. Is there another forum for BETI users?

Any comments apreciated, Jakob.
