Equatorial Wedge for Meade ETX-125 by JMI

Hello,
This is sort of embarrassing, but I have this equatorial wedge and I don't even know what telescope it is for.

If you can identify it, that would be great.

You see it was listed separately on auction site from the telescope.
I was outbid on the scope, but won the wedge - .

Anyway I can't use it (i am pretty sure) so if someone else can I am happy to sell it to you for the paltry amount of $50 pick up or buyer arranges delivery.

Or someone please tell me what it is for and what it is worth.
I thought Meade, and I thoughtmaybe ETX ??? maybe 125 ???

It is quite solid construction and about 30cm end to end.

thanks for looking

allan

It is a wedge for an Meade ETX125 sold by JMI up until recently.

But is could be used for any telescope and tripod of a similar size.

further info

Thanks Stephen.
I think you're right.

So I have now amended the title.

I found this bit of detail too:

"The wedge has 4 built in holders for 1.25" eyepieces and a holder for a Motofocus hand paddle. It also has an inbuild bubble level"

Apparently it can be used by attaching tripod legs (NOT INCLUDED) or by utilizing the central shaft.???

They appear to be selling for over $100 US, so mine looks well priced

and some pics I found of it working
