ladybird repro

Took this shot late last year. I heard about this ladybird survey they were doing on Catalyst, so submitted it. Mine is fourth from left on that thumbnail strip. Got an email from ABC the other day and they want to use some of the submissions for an article in Gardening Australia magazine. I have no idea if they'll use mine, but they're after higher resolution images for print, so decided to do a bit of a reprocess at the same time. I was never happy with the colour balance of the original. What I really liked about the shot was the refraction of eye lenses in the dewdrop. Thought I'd post it here too.

Good shot, like it Troy!

I had a crack at reprocessing myself, helps to keep my skills in shape Photoshopwise:

Very nice, Troy.

Beautiful colours and nice use of depth of field.

Great shot mate

Notice the magnification effect of the droplet on his eye - congrats on the selection too

Troy,

Another one of your wonderful macros. Brilliant!

You've a real knack at capturing these images in what I perceive as natural lighting.

Excellent!

Regards,
Humayun
