Do you have a collimating eyepiece?
A cap with a small central hole ( 1.5 to 2mm) or a Cheshire type, will allow you to set-up and recollimate.

When you put the cap in the focuser, during normal daylight, you should see the outline of the secondary mirror in the circle of the focuser; this should be central and concentric. Adjust ( and or rotate) using the screws as necessary.
The secondary should then be adjusted to show the full primary mirror, concentric with the outline of the secondary.
Lastly the reflection of the secondary in the primary mirror should also be central and concentric with the other circles.
If you google on "Collimating a Newtonian", I'm sure you will find many references to help further.
