M16 slightly better seeing

Hi,

I know, I promised no more lum shots!
But this one from this morning is slightly clearer
than my last attempt on Apr 01

A colder camera this morning , ambient was 12c
at 5am. Stars rock steady.

A slight speckled artifact when viewed on the observatory
CRT. Edge preserving smooth kills the sharpness so I left it
as-is.

Hi Steve

That is a very impressive M16 for 5 second subs! I’m astonished by the smoothness and tonality, along with the overall detail and sharpness of the final image – top stuff!

You’re making this look too easy!

Cheers

Dennis

I agree with everyone else, what a lovely shot Steve !!
It reminds me of the textbook shots we see in b/w.

Well done mate.

Lucky to have clear skies Steve and cooler temperature certainly produced a great image

Thanks so much you guys.
Your comments are so appreciated.
Every night out lately with this setup has been such a pleasure.
I only hope these crisp autumn nights continue.
It's not like Adelaide at all to be this fine for so long

Steve
