Excuses excuses...

It's a great night outside tonight except for the smoke from some controlled burns in the national park...... I can barely see Orion's Belt for the smoke. But despite that, I'm not too disappointed... it won't be long and daylight savings will be over. Hopefully the fires will be out by th time daylight savings finishes.

Its a bit of a double edged sword that. I really enjoy daylight saving time for the extra stuff it allows me to do each arvo after work, but when you start work early in the morning, it really limits available dark time at the scope during the week.

Roll on April... and more time at the scope!
