Another Lulin at 200mm

Hi everyone,
More Comet Lulin shots! This time I used my 200mm f/2.8 lens for a wider field shot. Done one also on the 27th near Regulus as well but have yet to download those. Having heaps of fun imaging and viewing with the old Bino`s!
Image is slightly cropped and is 4 x 3 min @ iso 800 with 20D and some minor processing in PS.
Thanks for peeking..
Gary

Gary, that is a beautiful shot! One of the best I have seen here. The comet is so smooth while the stars are beautifully sharp, focused and tracking is spot on!

Well done mate well processed too. Great colours. What more can I say? Teach me!

Baz.

Eye catching image Gary. The size of Lulin fits very nicely in the FOV of the 200mm lens, fitting in enough stars to make this image special.

Nice widefield Gary! I really, REALLY wanted to have a go at imaging Lulin last night, but the clouds rolled in and ended my chances of getting any shots.

Very nice outcome there Gary,

I think this image is what many members of the public expected to see with Lulin. The media have a lot to answer for.

This is a very nice image, looks good in that star field.

Regards
Trevor

Thanks everyone! Shall catch up on the other shots now that it`s cloudy again. Glad to get a few nights in a row with some good clear breaks. Been rather crappy the last few months!
Shall post some more the next few days..
