NEW: Cambridge Double Star Atlas

For those double star affecionados amongst us, a new star atlas dedicated to double stars has just been published: The Cambridge Double Star Atlas.

See link for info:
http://www.cambridge.org/catalogue/c...1493437&ss=exc

It was not expected to be released until another four weeks time, but apparently it has hit the shelves in the US: there is already a Cloudy Nights review of it.

I understand it will retail around the AUD80 mark, according to the Cambridge Press website. I have sent an email to Don Whiteman at Bintel to see when they are likely to have them in stock - will let you know the answer when I get it.

It looks great. I am definitely planning to get one.

Thanks Rod - that's great news! I’ll be adding this book to my collection for sure.

Cheers

Thanks for the heads up. This is one I will get regardless, as I'm currently not doing much observing at the moment (too many other projects and activities on the go) but I know I'll want it several years down the track.

You will also find it here, lads and ladies. Free worldwide shipping. I have used them before, and no complaints at all ...

They also have other Cambridge Press releases, if you have the inkling to browse ...
