I am selling my 12-inch BinTel Dob to upgrade to an ultra-compact scope for a series of upcoming holidays. I was going to use the optics in this scope to re-fit into a truss Dob project.

It works fantastic and I have no issues with it. Has been collimated when I first purchased it in October 2008.
The only problem is a series of dints on the tube around one of the OTA bearings. This does not affect the optical performance or the bearing movement whatsoever, nor does it affect the integrity of the tube construction. There is no chipped or scratched paintwork, just dints. It is only a cosmetic flaw, so if you can put up with the appearance of it, it will end up being a great bargain for someone.
It does not come with a finder scope, but instead I will leave my Telrad finder attached and throw it in for the buyer.
The mount/base is already assembled. The whole scope is ready to go.
No packaging so pick up is your only option from Sunbury, Victoria, or if you are in Melbourne or outer surrounds somewhere I will negotiate delivery.
