Hi all Put my new AO-L on my scope today with a Astrodon guider. I have a big problem the 2.7 STL adaptor will not fit the thread on the AO-L, It only goes on 1/2 a turn. It fits the camera fine.I have tried the threaded cap and that doesn't go on either, but the camera len adaptor does? Any suggestions?

Might what to try wet and dry sp not coarse on the thread incase there are minor burs

Na Mate, if it only goes half a turn the thread is either crossed, or it is not ment to fit.

Hi All,
I think he must be in a plane somewhere as he hasn't got back to me, he is normally prompt if on the ground. Anyway I got pee'doff and force the ting on last night. Oh well. The Ao-L unit works very well though I have two strange problems. I've got two light streaks in my images now so I will have to work out we're they are coming from. Also I cannot get my MOAG to form a usable image. Stars appear very distorted in it.
