I'm heading over to Fiji later this year and I'm wondering if there are any IIS members that live over there.

I don't.
But you could always check the red dot on the members map. The Fijian members are the ones in the middle of the ocean roughly north of NZ. Check the link -

I did look there earlier, but couldn't find Fiji.
On returning to the map I found that it helps to scroll it over to the right.
We have 3 members living there.
