I like it. Is it just me or can you pick the movement in the moon's orbit between our viewing and theirs?

I'm sure you can! When I first saw it from Snake Valley, it looked like a horse's smiley face! I was looking forward to images from Perth to see the two/three hour time difference. I'm sure it slowly became more "human" from observing points further west!

Ooops, I've just seen another shot from Northern hemisphere and I can see what you mean! Yes, down south we had a more pleasing alignment, didn't we!

hehe.. Smiley looks as though he's been whacked across the chops from there at Edwards AFB. It was clouded over for me in southern Sydney, but i can only imagine what it would have been like from WA from some of the great shots that I've seen posted here by members.

Is it just me or is the shuttle's skin looking like a patch-work quilt...

Not the super-smooth areodynamic miracle you'd expect. Still, great pic...
