Help required in Sydney

l may need someone to have a look at a mount l am thinking about buying. problem being the mounts in Sydney and l'm in Melb. l just need someone to have a look and give me an idea on general condition etc. it is located in the northern beaches/Mona Vale area so maybe someone close could pop in and have a look. thanks.
