Venus, Wed 21st Oct 2008

At about 26 degrees.
Shot with spc900 @ 10 fps, 5x powermate, stacked and resampled 2x in Registax.
I was playing around with the red and blue channels in the capture software to get some color.

cheers

Nice result, mark. I keep seeing it up there high in the west and want to capture it, but I just don't get the time in the evenings (family, dinner, kids bath/bed etc).

I'll need to wait for it to be a morning object again.
