summers end moon

hi all- i havent posted much lately- been a busy working summere here (US)- my jupiter imaging ended up a complete waste, and ive had failed attempts at DSO- seems i cant get tracking right for LX and my guiding experiments have their ups and downs- anyway- i took this lunar shot i call 'end of summer moon'- i used a DSLR and 6" SCT for this one- good news is, i got another issue of Spitfire's scopestuff out- if your not sure what that is, ill dig up the thread and post under it- john

That's a lovely lunar image, John. Nice and sharp, good contrast. Nice work.
