Question If I use a DSI

It’s Me Again
I had am idea, as I cant get a bigger scope and I am going to us a LPI to look at the planets, but what if I use a DSI, would it make up for using a smaller aperture in any way?

Vars,
Get a g-star or similar video system to see deep sky stuff in the suburbs with your 90mm. It would make you see objects that a 20inch scope would have trouble showing you. I would not recommend any long exposure stuff through your ETX as the tracking will show you lots of errors.
The beauty of these cameras http://www.myastroshop.com.au/guides/gstar/index.htm
is that they are not that fussy on tracking errors and you can use them on the planets and deep sky with little fuss and view the objects on a LCD or CRT screen. Best way to increase your viewing in real time with the scope you have.

Matt.
