Focuser playing up

Dropped my WO refractor one night. Since then the 2" Crayford focuser became tight on inward focusing and stops about 2cm from the all in position.Moving it out is okay. Took it apart but saw no visiable damage.Adjusted tension screw but no success. Should I lubricate it and how??

Have you tried emailing William Optics? They may be able to help.

I agree , i emailed them about my focuser and they gave very good advcie about how to adjust the focuser. email them in taiwan
