Stuck on Mc Naughts comet

While I was playing around with the settings on stellarium 9 I somehow ended up onboard comet Mc Naught and I dont seem to be able to get off.I tried uninstall and then reinstalled it, but it put me right back on there. The view from there gives an unusual perspective of the objects in our solar system. Saturns rings face on, Jupiter illuminated as first quarter and all its moons out of alignment.I can also see the Earth and even Australia but I cant get back. Can someone please help????.

I can help but it will be in a few thousand years from now if its one of his periodic comets. If its the one from last year your on your own.

Hi

I think I may be too late now C/2006 is not capable of supporting life as far as I know but if you are still alive try this.

However seriously just select Earth go to it and then Ctrl G will fly you back. If you had previously pressed the save button you would have started on mcnaught each time so remember to select your location and press save to get your start back to home.

Barry
