I'm Panoptic Excited!

Thanks to Tony I have a lovely Panoptic eyepiece. I had planned on a 27mm but this 35mm was irresistibly priced. Exit pupil in my f5 will probably exceed my aging eye dilation, but it will be so much better that any low power eyepiece I have ever had. Come on, new moon weekend!

(Yes, the shopping list is finally shortening - saving for a Paracorr now.)

Not wishing to dilute my reputation, but I think that was a 26mm T5 Nagler. Come to think of it, that's an even more evil thing to do!

The 35 is a nice eyepiece, also doubles as great ballast in small ships and ties down planes during gales. You will love it Eric, one of my best eyepieces IMO.

Golly, you're right - how could I forget the pineapple? From Eric's photo, it looked about the same size.

Greg.

P.S. Catalogue everything and and take pictures, a friend of mine is having a terrible time with her insurers at the moment.

Erick, I'm disappointed in you. Everyone knows that shopping lists are supposed to grow exponentially . The more you have the more you want. Raise your sites, you know you _need_ a RCOS ... a big one!

I will resist - I MUST! Who needs more than 12" of aperture anyway?
