image as taken by pentax through a Baader UHCs filter.

Just trying for some mileage from Duckadang!

Houghy, is the Ponders Nebula in the 'Moderator Constellation'? or in the Nambour section of 'Paulius Hattis'?

Notice the detail of the dark nebulosity to the Centre/north of the image. that part i think is called the Alpaca cluster had to get you back for the moon rise shot! Excellent editing there Paul!

Might have to get me one of them there UHC filters. Looks like it takes a nice clear image.

It is a pity we never really got to test it out Paul. i have already booked my holidays for next year for Qld Astrofest, and for that matter SPSP. We will give it and the other one I am getting a good test next year!
