OK, I know..
It sucks.
Still..

Is there ASCOM driver that can be installed on machine running W'95 ?

Does ASCOM require the .NET framework. If it does then I would say no.

It seems it does require .NET framework. They are mentioning VB and support from MS (which will cease for VB6 soon?) and problems associated with this.. I am not a software guy so I am not sure what they are talking about except you can not do this and you have to do that....
