Eagle and the Pinwheel

Went for M16 and M83 last night, not great conditions with intermittent cirrus cloud flowing through but enough sucker holes to keep me going. M16 is 16x5mins and m83 7x5mins shot through a ST2000xcm using a FSQ-106, no flats yet. Cheers

Very very nice Stuart and once you apply some flats you'll really be able to make these 'pop'.
Excellent mate, love the wide field view on these.

Two fantastic images Beren. M16 is visual treat, nice details and colour with good histogram management - very clean. Well done.

Hi Stuart

Lol! M16 must be worn out by now, as I pillaged a few photons last night too! Great minds think alike eh?

A couple of excellent wide fields, it’s good to see you exercising the ST2000XCM. Having seen your M16, I might need to go and correct the muddy brown colour of my efforts.

Cheers

Dennis
