Partial lunar eclipse from Brisbane

Hi All,

Here is the lunar eclipse as viewed from Brisbane. Images taken from 5:25 am until moon set. Taken with Pentax K100D and 300mm lens. Looking forward to seing what others have captured!

Wow – a stunning sequence, you must have been very busy this morning to post this lovely composition so quickly after the event. Thanks for posting – I missed this one but it’s almost as enjoyable seeing it this way.

Great job got up myself at 4:30 had a look toyed with the idea of getting my gear set up for some shots then went back to bed as it was to damn cold. Thanks to your dedication it's captured for eternity.

Wonderful mosaic Stephen! I missed this one because I thought it won't be visible from the east coast including Sydney. Obviously I was wrong
