Thanks for the comments - the DSI/ED80 is a great combination for this galaxy and the autoguiding/longer subs sure makes a difference to the detail in the image. I'll have to give 2 min subs a try.

Yeah, with auto-guiding and a good polar alignment, 2 minute subs should be a breeze.. will get alot more depth too..
