Aaaaah I remember this image Eric the Viking ...one of your "CCD killer" images if I recall correctlly? ...Ah those were the days...bring back the biff!

What's holding you back these days BTW Eric? I'm not imaging much either . I have to travel to image now and I fear this does slow one down The up side is that I have been travelling to really dark skies and this makes all the difference to imaging, something we forget about imaging from suburbia all the time....now just to convince my boss to move to dark skies again ...and to build another observatory ...and to get a bigger telescope ..aaand a bigger chip aaaand...............

Thanks for your kind words guys. much appreciated.

howdy mike. LOL good ol days hehehe . i know i have been quiet and the main and only reason for me to stop imaging is my location. I have moved back in with (ahemm my parents), whereby it is not feasible to image at all due to 12 powerlines crossing the east view. South and north got my neighbours trees and the west lies the house. Therefore, it is impossible for me to improve my imaging at my current location. My parents house don't have a backyard either, more so i image at the front if i can.The only improvement would be to move back to my place and that will be a year until i get settle down it really sucks ..

Nice colour balance there Eric.
Im lucky my parents place (yes I live at home too) has a pretty good backyard, allowing me to have the mount permanently set up, saving polar aligning each night. Bit light polluted, but I like specializing on emissionline objects, from which light polution can be filtered out.
