My Birdy Redone

Hi Guys,

Still no new data so playing with the old got abit bored. The Eagle was taken March this year. More data can be seen and corrected the colours as opposed to the old. Hope you guys like it

Cheers.

The pillars look really good, Eric, but not sure about the stuff out wide.

There seems to be a bit of a black halo around most of the stars (over sharpened). Might need to do some layering of just the areas you want sharpened and leave the widefield/outer areas alone.

Yes very nice colors and resolution!
But like Mike mentions, I have noticed dark halos around some stars. You might have to go a bit more gently on decon.
You have certainly pulled up the fainter neb around the birdie!
cheers

nice to see you active , even if its just improving data from previous efforts. Youve got a lot of faint nebulosity captured there.

I don't mind this image Eric. I think you've balanced the colour weights very well. Good presentation of the star colours across the field. Perhaps a little too much sharpening, but still aesthetically pleasing. Well done on this repro.
