Moon halo tonight

Saw this lovely halo tonight in my backyard with Jupiter not far away.
An eerie feeling.

Very nice capture Vincent, looks great.

I just got in from imaging the Halo aswell. Currently processing them in PS. 2 Moon Halo's in under 3 days. Not bad.

I was observing this also. It's a curious effect. Your photo has really done it justice - well done!!

Thanks for looking guys. This morning I saw a similar halo around the sun although not as spectacular. The atmospheric condition hasn't changed overnight I suppose.

Happy to see both sun & moon halo same day.

Nice halo there! nice and bright.
Had one up here as well but not as nice as what you have captured!
