04/07 Jupiter

Hello.

I am trying to obtain color images. I have built a filter wheel but my results, I do not know why, they are not good.

Our weather here is no good. Jupiter has always turbulence.

I am trying to learn from your colors (Bird, John K, Lester, David, Alex N, sorry me if I leave any ... All your pictures are incredible) and dreaming of having a Jupiter high in the sky.

Doesn't look too bad to me at first glance.
Can you explain how you took your images? Length of each channel? How long between channels?

Hello.

I take the videos, stacking with Registax, with the same parameters. Then I apply a deconvolution. After delete some noise with NoiseWare and finally combine colors with Photoshop.

I get a picture with a dominant red,and I try to correct with photographic filters in Photoshop ... but...

The videos are 200" for the red channel and luminance and 100" for the blue and green channels. The time lost between filters is minimum.

I combine two times the channels, one for the center (details) of the planet and another for the limb, and mix them in Photoshop with a mask.

Then, I duplicate the image in the same picture, select a circle in one Jupiter and apply the Average filter. Deselect and I try to convert the average area in a pure grey using the photographic filters in Photoshop...

Is like the AWB work in my Canon, but my colors are no good, I donīt know why
