Big Boys Toys!

Had to post a pic....

A quick question for anyone with an EQ6 Pro... Did it come with a power supply other than the cable with a cigarette lighter plug?

If not, whats the best option for powering it?? where it sits there, its balanced and as far as polar alignment goes, its at the right angle... but no power means no playing

I don't own one, but I would imagine it'll run off a 12V supply you can get at any electronics store. Just make sure it's the right amperage.

Just checked on the Skywatcher site....needs a 2A power supply. Any 12V, 2A brick type supply will do. And a long extension cord!!!

Hey Alex

Looks a real beaut! Make sure you get a Regulated mains adapter and check whether the tip is +ve or –ve to avoid any polarity problems.

Cheers

Dennis

Then you can have power anywhere.

make sure to check the capacity of the battery as you may want to power your camera, computer, dew heater blah blah blah at the end.
