Recently enjoyed a little stay at Magnetic Island - manymanymnay photos taken, as a beautiful island, with lots of birdlife and more. This friendly Kookaburra allowed us to get quite close. (Panasonic Lumix 12 optical zoom)

What a gorgeous portrait, the bird has some lovely markings and in particular, the blue colour in the wing area is stunning.
