There web site needs to be updated, so people wishing to go can book there rooms and such.......Someone should get onto the organizers and not leave it to the last minute.

I believe Fraser pretty well organises VicSouth on his own. Don't forget he works away in remote and isolated areas, from past experience you'll find he'll answer your emails when his back in the land of the living.
Just be patient.
Yep That is right John, I have contacted him two weeks ago and he tells me that it is definitly on, and all info will be posted in a week or two, on the Vic South link.
