I assume this is a 4 1.2 inch refractor - not a reflector. Is that right? Is the optical system intact? If it is, I'll buy it. I can pick up.

The title of this thread does say its a refractor, whilst yes the manual's picture looks like a newt to me!
Hmmm ! - not as much thought required as that ! The first page is headed "Refracting Telescope", - but goes on to refer to it as a reflecting telescope in the first sentence of the text
