brisbane observers and planetary imagers **Get ya gear out!**

hey...

Just letting brisbane users know if they dont already, brisbane skies are WONDERFUL right now... I've been out imaging joop, and have been seeing the best quality data I've seen since getting my cam, and EP viewing is spectacular..

Get amongst it Ladies and Gentlemen.. It may not last more than a day or so..

It is a bit on the damp side though... got a bit of dew forming on my laptop box/OTA.. Mirrors are still clear

yeah that has since settled... put an end to my imaging run but I captured a few nice AVI's of jupiter.. It was worth getting damp..

Hi Alex - sucker holes or clear? I peeked out around 5am (i'm northside) and it was about 80% cloud still...anyway, power to you, that's the kind of death or glory imaging we need around this place

it was CLEAR from around 12:50 - 3:45, started to get some low level cover, but plenty of holes... by 4 it was closed in....
