Sunrise Sunset Program

I was attending a photography seminar on the weekend and the presenter mentioned a program for predicting the location on the horizon of the sun for sunrises and sunsets.
I did not get a chance to speak to him after and I was wondering if anyone new of this program. I believe it is a freeware or shareware program.

I use Ephemeris 1.0 by Jonathan Sachs but it is only for a Pocket PC with Windows CE 3.0 or later.

Cheers

That's the one, he mentioned about using it with a PDA but he thought it was available for a PC/Laptop as well. Thanks for that info.
