time to isolate the Queenslanders - State of origin 2008

LOL thought I would kick this off. Obviously NSW to win, and I hope to have full bragging rights when I attend Qld Astrofest...........

note to self - must run over cane toads when crossing border.............

astro state of origin

I reckon you guys should give this an astro-slant...

state of origin messier marathon, or double star splitting, or staying awake the longest

NSW will have to be meade blue I'm afraid

I've been living in Qld for almost a year...but you don't change your colours just because you've moved north of the border.

I'll be watching and cheering from the relative safety of my loungeroom...for the Mighty Blues!!!!!

Having said that... the Mrs is a Queenslander.

Hmmm..some domestic disharmony doth loom large, methinks!!!

The h0ughinator won that last year, hands down.

Besides he won the counterweight tosser the first year he came up, so the didn't hold it the second year out of respect for the loss of qld face.

They said it was because of insurance issues but I didn't believe them

Dunnit make you want to spit??! Having lived in NSW for 20 years and now firmly ensconced in Qld for 10 years, it is a difficult choice.
3 St George players for NSW and 2 Cowboys players for Qld....the two clubs I barrack for...it will be a good game, either way.
