Omega Centauri

Quite happy with the way this turned out:
William Optics ZS110 refractor on Losmandy GM8 autoguided by PHD
Unmodified Canon 350D
2 x 120s, 2 x 240s at 100 ISO with dark frame subtraction.
Raw conversion and alignment in ImagesPlus, combined and processed in Photoshop.

Some nice resolution there. What are the faint red lines running top to bottom across the image..?

Hi,

Nice resolution of the core. I can see some red lines as well. Maybe you could try the demo version of neat image to try and reduce this noise

Probably camera pattern noise due to pushing things a bit far
