The ring nebula imaged with an ETX 70

This was imaged last night from my backyard with an atik 1c and an ETX 70

a stack of four 25 second frames -processed in Photoshop

Its a nice object, just hard to image because it doesnt get high enough for me most of the time

couldnt be bothered getting all my regular imaging gear so had a go with my ETX 70

John:

The ETX70 is a 70 mm aperture short tube achromat-350 mm focal length
alt azimuth

it is almost at the bottom of the Meade range-except maybe for some scopes in the DS series

does have a GoTO though
