First pic - Moon 14/04

Still working everything out with my scope and camera, but here is my first photo taken the other night. Skywatcher 100ED, Canon 40D @ ISO100 1/80s

Wow, very nice indeed, Grant!

Lovely and sharp, great focus, great contrast and well processed!

How much is that cropped from a full frame?

If that's what you can do with a first pic, I look forward to seeing what you can do in the future!

great shot, im trying to build a camera addapter out of PVC pipe for my Skywatcher at the moment.

What happened to the ED80 - upgrade!?

Got a good deal on a 100ED shortly after so now have both . And yeah, can't wait to get stuck into some DSO's, still learning how all these new toys work
